History
Madame and Monsieur Almairac were
the hard working couple responsible for converting the Domaine
du Foulon from an impressive manor house into a successful
hotel and restaurant. Converted before and after World War
Two this dedicated couple brought the wealthy and famous
to this haven away from the coast and built an envious reputation
for Le Foulon that lasts to this day - it's incredible the
number of people we meet that fondly remember the 'old' Foulon
and are happy to see it in caring hands.
